With over 20 years in RFID technology and baggage operations, Christian has played an active role in driving RFID standardization within IATA. As COO of Lyngsoe, he leads the delivery of innovative logistics solutions for airports and airlines worldwide.
With a distinguished career in airline operations at Japan Airlines, Keisuke has been a leading figure in IATA committees for RFID standards and has directed OKOBAN/TSID operations at Travel Sentry since 2010.
A 30-year veteran of the aviation industry, Kan Hou has held senior roles at Air China and IATA, including Regional Director of Airport, Passenger, Cargo and Security (APCS) at IATA Beijing. He now works in training and consulting, championing the adoption of AI, big data and RFID across the industry.
An aviation safety pioneer and former IATA Senior Vice President, he established the airline industry’s global barcode baggage-tracking standards. A key advisor during the TSA’s creation post-9/11, he also founded Travel Sentry, developing the universally recognized “TSA Lock” system used in over 80 countries.
